Paper Submission

  1. Submission of paper must be done electronically .
  2. Submitted paper should be not less than 4 pages including all figures, tables and references (recommended 4-8 pages), but not more than 8 pages.
  3. All submissions will be subjected to blind peer-review by two competent reviewers and should consist of original work that has not been published and should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere concurrently.
  4. The Turnitin similarity index of the manuscript must be less than 20%.
  5. Accepted papers must be presented by at least one of the authors during the conference to be included in the conference proceedings.
  6. Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, according to the Templates and guidelines for proceedings papers, and then convert these files to PDF.
  7. By submitting a paper an author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings Licence.
  8. Acceptance of paper publication is subject to the decision made by the publisher.

Note: This publication uses blind review. Thus, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity. Please prepare 2 separate files of your manuscript; one for normal submission (complete with author details – name, affiliation, contact) and another one with no author details.
