PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages including figures, in accordance with JTEC's manuscript instructions. Important Notice

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and action will be taken against any author who has engaged in either practice.

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the ICoMMS 2017 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in Journal of Telecommunication, Electronic and Computer Engineering (JTEC), an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the respective rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference.  Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final, publication-ready version of the paper.  Accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICoMMS 2017 Conference Proceedings and submitted to Journal of Telecommunication, Electronic and Computer Engineering (JTEC).
