Submission Guidelines
All manuscripts must be written in English and formatted strictly according to the standard double-column IEEE Conference Proceedings format. Papers must have a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages.
Important Submission Rules:
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. All papers will be checked using Turnitin (similarity index must be below 30%).
- Authors must run their final PDF through IEEE PDF eXpress before final submission.
- A blind peer-review process will be conducted by at least two independent reviewers.
Registration Fees
Registration fees cover conference access, presentation slot, inclusion in the proceedings, e-certificate, and conference meals (for physical attendees). At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the full rate to ensure publication. We also warmly welcome non-presenting listeners.
